Do I have to come to an office to be seen?
No, we utilize telehealth to conveniently treat our patients, so you don’t have to come into the office. However, we can also see you at our office located at 10806 Monroe Road, Unit B, Matthews, NC 28105.
Who is eligible for Hormone Replacement Therapy?
Hormone Replacement Therapy candidates are determined by a consultation with our board-certified physician and the use of diagnostic tests such as bloodwork, along with your medical history and symptoms experienced. You must be 25 years or older for Hormone Replacement Therapy.
What kind of benefits could I expect from Hormone Replacement Therapy?
Benefits will vary based on your individual history and treatment plan, but the most common benefits experienced are increase in lean muscle mass, a decrease in body fat, improved mood, energy, mental acuity, and overall sense of well-being.

How much does Growth Hormone Therapy Cost?

Where does my medication come from?
All our medications are prescribed by a licensed physician and dispensed from an FDA registered pharmacy in the USA. Medications will only be prescribed after a medical screening and physician consultation.
Can you accept previous bloodwork?
We require bloodwork after the first 6 weeks of treatment and every 6 months thereafter. The 6-week labs are very important to determine how the patient is responding to the medication and to assess if any changes need to be made to the program. Labs may be required more frequently depending on the patient’s symptoms and medical history and can be ordered more frequently at the patient’s request.
Are labs included?
Labs are not included in the monthly price. Follow-up lab testing to assess your response to treatment will be required 6 weeks into the program and then every 6 months thereafter.
You have the option for us to order the labs for you through our discounted network at any LabCorp for $149 OR you can provide the test results to us from elsewhere and our physician team will review them at no charge.
What labs are needed to begin Hormone replacement therapy?
Males: Total Testosterone, CBC, CMP, Estradiol, PSA
Females: Total Testosterone, CBC, CMP, Estradiol, Progesterone
What options do I have for lab work?
You may have your lab work done through us or you may purchase lab work yourself through privatemdlabs.com or a similar independent testing company. If you choose to not have blood work done through us, simply upload your lab work once received into your patient portal.
Once I sign up and choose a plan how long until I receive my medication?
After scheduling your initial consultation, you will be directed to our patient portal where you will fill out medical forms, intake forms, upload your labs, and a valid ID. Once your lab work is received, your consultations are completed, and we have discussed and chosen a treatment plan with you, you will receive your medications in 3-7 business days.
How is the medication shipped?
All your medications are shipped via 2nd day unless next day is required based on medication temperature requirements. A tracking number is provided once your medication ships. Certain states require a signature for deliveries, but most do not.
What if I’m already on TRT, do I need to lower my Testosterone levels to join?
Absolutely not! If a patient is transferring from another TRT clinic we would expect their levels to be elevated. It should never be requested of a patient already on TRT to plummet their Testosterone levels to transfer to another clinic.
