About Brice

Brice Horrigan serves as Chief Operating Officer of Premier Hormone Health and Wellness, where he leads the practice's staff, culture, and the operating standard behind every patient interaction: how care is coordinated, how quickly patients are answered, and how consistently the practice delivers what it promises.

Premier was built to give patients a hormone health practice that stays personal at every step. Brice's work is to protect that experience as the practice grows, which he treats as a people problem before an operational one. Systems hold only when the people running them are supported, developed, and clear on why the standard exists.

His path into healthcare began outside of it. Brice spent nine years in law enforcement and military service, including a Non-Commissioned Officer role in the U.S. Army Military Police and selection for Officer Candidate School. He stepped away from that career to be more present at home, and carried its central lesson forward: people perform when the standard is clear and someone is willing to hold it first.

He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Texas at Tyler in 2015, earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and finished an MBA at Houston Christian University in 2025. He additionally founded NOiC, an advisory practice whose Force Multiplier Framework helps owner-led companies locate what limits them and build steadier systems in response.

Dual role, disclosed

Brice also serves as Chief Operating Officer of Premier, a sister practice in men's telehealth that he helped build alongside its founder. His work at Premier is dedicated to Premier's patients, providers, and staff.

Scope of role

Brice's role at Premier is operational and administrative. He does not evaluate patients, make treatment recommendations, or prescribe. All clinical decisions are made independently by Premier's licensed medical providers.

Leading the Premier team

  • He leads from the front. Nothing is asked of the Premier team that he is unwilling to do himself. Standards are demonstrated before they are expected, and when the work gets heavy he is in it rather than observing it.
  • He leads with emotional intelligence. Understanding what a team member actually needs, and hearing what goes unsaid, is what turns a group of people into a team that owns its work. Most performance problems are not ability problems, and treating them that way is how leaders lose good people.
  • He hires for character and develops for skill. Skill can be taught on a schedule. How someone treats a patient on a hard day cannot.
  • He connects personal goals to the practice's direction. When an individual's ambitions and Premier's direction point the same way, quality stops depending on supervision.
  • He corrects privately and protects dignity. A team that fears being wrong will hide exactly the things a medical practice most needs to hear.
  • He invests in careers, not just roles. Developing talent, building real paths forward, and leaving people more capable than he found them is the part of the work he values most.

The culture he builds at Premier

Culture at Premier is not a poster in a break room. It is what happens on the calls nobody is monitoring.

Brice builds toward a specific experience for the people who work here: that they are trusted with real responsibility, that raising a problem is rewarded rather than punished, and that the standard is high because the patient on the other end deserves it, not because someone is watching.

Why culture is a clinical issue

In a practice, the team member who feels safe saying "something here does not look right" is the one who catches what everyone else missed. Culture protects patients before it improves morale.

The rest is consistency: expectations stated plainly, feedback that arrives long before a review, recognition that names the specific thing someone did well, and leadership that follows through on what it said it would do.

Premier in the community it serves

Premier's impact shows up in ordinary things. A patient with the energy to coach their kid's team again. Someone who gets through a full workday without disappearing at two in the afternoon. A person who feels like themselves in their own life again. Hormone health rarely makes headlines, and it changes how people show up for everyone counting on them.

Brice treats Premier as a member of its community rather than a vendor to it. Patients are neighbors. Referrals come from people who trusted the practice with something personal. A reputation in a community is built one conversation at a time, and it is the reason the standard for how patients are spoken to is not negotiable.

That extends to the staff. The roles at Premier are careers, and the people filling them are building lives locally. Creating stable jobs with a real path forward is one of the most direct contributions any practice makes to the place it operates in.
