About Rachel

Rachel Gregor is Director of Operations at Premier Hormone Health and Wellness, where she oversees the daily systems, workflows, and team coordination that keep the company's telehealth experience running smoothly and consistently for patients.

Working across Premier's clinical, patient-support, and pharmacy operations teams, Rachel translates the company's patient-first standards into clear, repeatable processes. Her work focuses on operational documentation, cross-team communication, and developing workflows that scale without compromising accuracy or the patient experience.

Rachel's career has always been rooted in human performance and helping people thrive. Her experience includes healthcare administration in upper-extremity orthopaedics and plastics, along with work as a PE teacher, personal trainer, and nutrition coach. This combination gave her an early, practical understanding of how systems, coaching, and accountability shape outcomes, whether in a classroom, a gym, or a medical practice.

That background carried directly into her operations work: an eye for process, a coach's instinct for what people actually need to perform well, and a healthcare administrator's attention to accuracy and compliance.

Rachel studied Psychology, with a focus in Social Science, at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), where her studies centered on human behavior, sociology, and cultural anthropology.

Scope of role

Rachel's role at Premier is operational and administrative. All patient evaluations, treatment recommendations, and prescribing decisions are handled independently by licensed medical providers.

Leadership philosophy

Rachel leads the way she coaches: with a clear standard, consistent follow-through, and genuine attention to the person in front of her. Years spent as a personal trainer and nutrition coach taught her that lasting change comes from structure paired with real relationship; people commit when they trust the person setting the standard, not just the standard itself.

She brings that same approach to operations. A process only works if the people running it understand why it exists and feel supported in following it. A large part of her role is building that clarity: turning informal, inconsistent workflows into documented systems that the team can actually rely on day to day.

Relationship building sits at the center of how Rachel operates. She sees strong systems and strong relationships as two sides of the same job; a workflow can be documented perfectly and still fail if the people using it don't trust each other or the process. Those same instincts shape how she thinks about customer service and patient experience: whether it's a patient navigating a new plan or an employee working through a new process, Rachel starts from the same place, understand what the person in front of you actually needs, then build the structure that gets them there. It's an approach that treats every interaction, internal or patient-facing, as a relationship worth investing in, not just a transaction to close out, and it's central to how she thinks Premier earns a patient's trust and keeps it.

Her background in orthopaedics and plastics administration also shaped how she thinks about accuracy and accountability in a clinical setting; a small process gap becomes a patient-facing problem fast. She carries that same low tolerance for ambiguity into Premier's operations, where precise handoffs and clear documentation directly protect the patient experience.

Personal values

Her mantra

"Do Better." There are always areas of improvement, and she brings that mindset to her team as much as to herself.

Collaboration matters to her because understanding a person's actual experience, whether that person is a patient or an employee, is, in her view, the starting point for really understanding what they need.

As a wife and a mother of five young adults, Rachel understands the importance of balancing family, responsibility, and the many demands of everyday life. Having been widowed young, she learned firsthand the value of independence, persistence, and organization, as well as how a positive attitude, hard work, and dedication can genuinely change an outcome. These experiences have shaped how she leads, with patience, perspective, accountability, and a genuine desire to see the people around her succeed. She has built her approach to both work and life around one belief: reframe anything, and everything changes.

Her volunteer work with NODA and Habitat for Humanity has further shaped this perspective. Both experiences have deepened her understanding of what people truly need during difficult moments and strengthened her ability to recognize and respond to those needs. That same awareness carries directly into the way she supports and cares for Premier's patients.

She's learned to embrace the path less traveled, knowing that the most worthwhile journeys rarely come without challenges.
